Five day trip of a Lifetime!

Have you ever seen the National Geographic footage of people touching gray whales? Well here is your chance to be one of those people. Interact with friendly gray whale moms and calves in their breeding lagoon of San Ignacio Mexico. Many people have the opportunity to touch gray whales. You will also see breaches, spyhops, mating and much, much more! The trip also includes tide pooling, birding, kayaking the mangroves, and going on a walk to learn the desert plants. At night we will view and identify the constellations since there is no light pollution.

We will initially meet in San Diego and then early the following morning we will take a Greyhound Bus over the border and then fly over the Baja peninsula in a Cessna airplane. We will land right at the lagoon. From the air we can see whales and amazing geography.

We will go out morning and afternoon on Ponga boats to see and interact with the gray whales and various other types of wildlife, including bottlenose dolphins, turtles, sea lions, and various types of birds.

We will stay in cabins alongside a bay where you can view sunrises and shorebirds while laying in bed. These cabins are equipped with electrical outlets. There are solar showers and authentic Mexican food with a daily happy hour.
